It definitely goes without saying that the pay out schedule can vary from game to game, so that skillful enthusiasts are agile enough to select the most beneficial machine every instance.
As soon as the first round has played out, the player can either decide to remain on and try to to increase their earnings, or press the ‘collect’ button to cash out any credits that they may have won. Additionally, some styles of the game give the enthusiast an opportunity to increase their wins, in which case another hand is played. There are also variations among individual games, with some decks of cards having wild cards and other differing characteristics to increase playability.
