Normally, the minimum winning hand on an Electronic Poker machine is a pair of jacks with the award money growing for each and every better hand. A list of common winning hands begins with jacks or better, and moves on to two pairs, 3 of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, four of a kinds, straight flushes and last but not least royal flushes. It goes without saying that the payment schedule can vary from machine to machine, so that experienced enthusiasts are agile enough to choose the most money-making ones each and every time.
Once the initial round has played out, the player can either choose to continue on in an attempt to maximize their earnings, or they can press the ‘collect’ button to cash out any money that they may have won. Further, some versions of the game give the gambler an opportunity to increase their winnings, in which case a further round is played. There are also variations between individual machines, with some decks of cards including wild cards and other differing elements to increase playability.
